Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Education Consultant (Sales), located in Selangor, Malaysia. The Education Consultant will be responsible for engaging with prospective students and their families to understand their educational needs and match them with appropriate programs. Daily tasks include providing consultations, conducting presentations, and guiding families through the admissions process. The consultant will also cultivate positive relationships with potential clients and ensure a smooth transition from inquiry to enrollment.

What You’ll Do

Client Engagement & Sales

  • Be a trusted advisor to prospective parents and students.
  • Share insights on our academic offerings and the ACE learning approach.
  • Manage leads via our CRM system and convert them into successful enrolments.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Customer Experience

  • Ensure a smooth registration process and coordinate student assessments.
  • Provide outstanding service and support for both prospective and current clients.

Teamwork & Events

  • Work closely with your team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Support open days, school fairs, and marketing events to drive enrolment.

Market Insights & Reporting

  • Stay on top of trends and competitor activity.
  • Compile data and feedback to improve strategies and client experience.

Professional Development

  • Attend industry-related trainings and workshops.
  • Keep your knowledge fresh in sales, marketing, and education consultancy.

What We’re Looking For

  • Own transport and a valid driver’s license.
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Confident, proactive, and goal-driven personality.
  • Proficient in English and Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a bonus.
  • A strong team player with a passion for education and helping others.
  • Sales or education consultancy background is an added advantage.
