As an Education Consultant, your role encompasses a range of responsibilities focused on student recruitment, admissions, and marketing activities. Key duties include:

  • Database Management: Compile and maintain an accurate database of potential and existing students.
  • Product Knowledge: Acquire and apply comprehensive knowledge of the institution's programmes and offerings.
  • Recruitment Planning: Develop daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment plans to meet targets.
  • Lead Generation and Follow-Up: Conduct cold calls and engage potential leads, ensuring plans are executed daily.
  • Student Meetings: Meet with prospective students to finalise enrollment processes.
  • Enquiry Management: Efficiently handle online and walk-in inquiries, focusing on converting potential students into enrollments.
  • Problem-Solving: Address and resolve student complaints with appropriate methods and alternative solutions.
  • Admissions Support: Assist students in completing the admission process, including document submission and PTPTN applications.
  • Task Reporting: Provide daily "To Do" lists and performance updates to the Sales and Marketing Manager.
  • Student Engagement: Support students in activating their applications, transitioning to classes, and engaging with the Student Affairs Department when necessary.
  • Referral Promotion: Build relationships with current students to encourage referrals and promote student introduction rebates.
  • Event Participation: Actively participate in marketing and recruitment events to represent the institution effectively.

This position requires strong organisational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Collaboration with various departments is essential to achieve recruitment goals and maintain excellent student satisfaction.
