Your Role Would Include:

Communicating effectively, maintaining good rapport, and providing excellent customer service to parents/customers.

Managing and leading the operation of the centre.

Motivating the team and working closely with management to build a strong company culture.

The Ideal Candidates Should Have:

A Degree in any discipline.

Good command of written and spoken English. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.

At least 3 to 5 years of working experience, especially in customer service, PR, mass communication, or hospitality industries.

Strong leadership skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Effective communication skills and ability to build rapport with parents and staff.

Availability to work from Wednesday to Sunday (5-day week).
