Educ8, an innovative education group headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, is launching a groundbreaking Global Enrichment Program that blends future-ready learning with world-class sports, outdoor adventure, and leadership development.

Operating from three premier locations—Kuala Lumpur, Borneo, and the Japanese Alps— our program integrates academics with elite training in tennis (Mouratoglou Tennis Academy), football (Spanish La Liga Academy) and golf (ECM Golf Academy).

Open Positions:

1. Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Global Enrichment Program

Location: Kuala Lumpur (with extensive travel across Asia)

Role:

• Lead the vision, strategy, and expansion of the Global Enrichment Program.
• Establish key partnerships with education, sports, and outdoor adventure organizations.
• Develop innovative, interdisciplinary programs combining academics, sports, and experiential learning.
• Build and manage a high-performing team across multiple countries.
• Drive enrollment and brand positioning in Asia’s premium education market.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of leadership experience in education, sports management, or experiential learning.
• Strong business development and partnership-building skills.
• Global mindset with a deep understanding of Asian education markets.
• Passion for future-ready learning and youth development.

2. Director of Programs & Innovation

Location: Kuala Lumpur (with regional travel)

Role:

• Design and implement cutting-edge STEAM, leadership, and outdoor adventure programs.
• Oversee curriculum integration with sports academies and enrichment activities.
• Collaborate with global experts to ensure program excellence.
• Monitor and assess program impact and student growth.

Requirements:

• 7+ years in curriculum development, experiential learning, or educational innovation.
• Experience in sports education or outdoor leadership programs is a plus.
• Ability to work in multi-cultural, fast-moving environments.

3. Regional Heads – Malaysia, Japan, Vietnam, Thailand

Location: Based in respective countries

Role:

• Oversee the implementation of Educ8’s enrichment programs in each region.
• Develop partnerships with schools, universities, and sports organizations.
• Manage program delivery, logistics, and student experience.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in education management, business development, or program operations.
• Strong networks in local education and sports ecosystems.
• Ability to work across cultures and drive on-the-ground execution.

4. Head of Outdoor & Adventure Learning

Location: Kuala Lumpur / Borneo / Japanese Alps

Role:

• Develop and lead high-impact outdoor programs in wilderness, leadership, and environmental education.
• Partner with leading adventure sports experts to create unique student experiences.
• Ensure safety, quality, and experiential learning outcomes.

Requirements:

• Background in outdoor education, expedition leadership, or adventure tourism.
• Certifications in wilderness safety, survival skills, or outdoor training preferred.
• Passion for hands-on, immersive learning experiences.

5. Program Managers & Faculty (STEAM, Entrepreneurship, Leadership, Sports)

Location: Kuala Lumpur / Borneo / Japanese Alps

Role:

• Deliver dynamic, hands-on learning experiences for students.
• Develop project-based, interactive lessons aligned with future-ready skills.
• Work closely with global experts and sports academies.

Requirements:

• Background in education, sports coaching, entrepreneurship, or leadership training.
• Experience in interactive, experiential teaching methodologies.
• Ability to engage and inspire young learners.

6. Marketing & Student Recruitment Team

Location: Kuala Lumpur / Regional Offices

Role:

• Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns to attract students.
• Engage with parents, schools, and education agents.
• Build Educ8’s brand as a leader in global enrichment programs.

Requirements:

• Experience in education marketing, student recruitment, or brand strategy.
• Strong digital and social media marketing expertise.
