Job Summary

Execute retail/outlet sales activities to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses/territories and overall business objectives.

General Responsibilities

• Support superior in managing day-to-day operations of retail outlets to ensure efficient resource usage.
• Bake cookies and muffins.
• Ensure cookies bin is always full and clean.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the outlet.
• Keep merchandise area clean and tidy.
• Assist in wrapping gift items.
• Assist in product display.
• Assist in customer service.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as required by the immediate manager.

Functional Skills and Knowledge

• Demonstrate basic knowledge of retail operations management.
• Able to work shifts, including public holidays and weekends.
• Possess a good working attitude and a pleasant disposition.
• School leavers are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.

Education

Candidate must possess PMR or SPM qualification.
