Job description

We are looking for a self-motivated SOLUTIONS SPECIALIST with a result-driven approach to join YOUFactors / SafeStart Europe.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a client-facing role involving sales, customer success, and/or business development. They should have experience in both sales and implementation, possess strong problem-solving skills, be adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment, and perform well independently and as part of a team.

This role requires fluency in German and French (one native and the other at a bilingual level), as well as fluency in English.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This position reports to the Global Manager of Customer Success and the Regional Sales Director in Europe. The goal is to achieve regional sales revenue and engagement targets by driving business development (50%) and supporting customer success activities (50%).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Solutions Sales & Business Development
  • Identify potential clients and opportunities in target markets.
  • Qualify leads and opportunities, and proceed with appropriate sales procedures.
  • Prepare proposals, lead negotiations, manage service agreements, and close deals.
  • Engage clients to identify needs and demonstrate solutions via calls and online demos.
  • Coordinate with sales stakeholders on progress and concerns.
  • Enforce sales workflows and procedures.
  • Manage and report on the sales pipeline.
  • Monitor contract renewals and ensure their success.
  • Promote YOUFactors activities in the region, such as webinars and marketing campaigns.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
Customer Success & Support
  • Guide clients through technical implementations, ensuring configurations meet business needs.
  • Facilitate onboarding and success workshops, virtually or face-to-face.
  • Proactively monitor customer engagement to ensure optimal usage and adoption.
  • Assist with technical issues and escalate when necessary, including VOC gathering.
Product Strategy & Process Improvement
  • Contribute to YOUFactors' business development strategy.
  • Help improve sales and implementation processes.
  • Assist in translating and proofreading product and support documents.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
  • Native German speaker, bilingual in French, with business-level English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • 5-7 years in client-facing or business development roles within SaaS.
  • 3-5 years in customer success, technical support, SaaS implementation, or project management.
  • Proven outbound sales experience in tech or software sectors.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and propose solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in digital marketing is advantageous.
