A leading company in digital performance solutions is seeking a Solutions Specialist to drive sales and customer success. This fully remote role requires strong problem-solving skills and fluency in German, French, and English. We are looking for a self-motivated SOLUTIONS SPECIALIST with a result-driven approach to join YOUFactors / SafeStart Europe.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a client-facing role involving sales, customer success, and/or business development. They should have experience in both sales and implementation, possess strong problem-solving skills, be adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment, and perform well independently and as part of a team.
This role requires fluency in German and French (one native and the other at a bilingual level), as well as fluency in English.
WHAT WE OFFER
ABOUT THE ROLE
This position reports to the Global Manager of Customer Success and the Regional Sales Director in Europe. The goal is to achieve regional sales revenue and engagement targets by driving business development (50%) and supporting customer success activities (50%).
