Responsibilities
Conducting comprehensive analyses of existing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement
Designing and implementing innovative solutions to streamline workflows and enhance productivity
Collaborating cross-functionally to facilitate the adoption of new processes and technologies
Providing change management support to ensure seamless transitions and minimise disruptions
Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of process re-engineering initiatives
Delivering training and change management programmes to upskill and engage our employees
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in change management and process optimisation
Qualifications
Tertiary qualification in Business, Management, or a related field
Required Skills
Minimum 5 years of experience in change management and business process re-engineering, preferably within the banking or financial services sector
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify pain points and develop effective solutions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities to drive change and gain buy-in
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools to ensure successful delivery of initiatives
Proven track record of implementing sustainable process improvements and driving successful organisational transformations
