Job Summary:

HHI is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Financial Controller to lead and oversee all finance and accounting functions. This role is vital in ensuring financial integrity, efficiency, and cost control across our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting skills, extensive experience in manufacturing finance, and a proactive approach to financial strategy and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage all finance, accounting, budgeting, and reporting activities.
2. Develop and execute cost-saving strategies and controls specific to manufacturing operations.
3. Ensure compliance with legal requirements, internal controls, and financial regulations.
4. Extract, analyze, and interpret data from ERP systems (Sage X3) for decision-making support.
5. Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management.
6. Support strategic planning with financial insights and modeling.
7. Manage audit processes and coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies.
8. Lead financial due diligence and compliance for IPO readiness.
9. Provide leadership and guidance to the finance and accounting team.

Requirements:

1. Professional Qualification: Chartered Accountant (e.g., ICAEW, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).
2. Experience: 8–10 years in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a senior role within manufacturing.
3. Cost-Saving Skills: Proven success in implementing cost-saving initiatives in manufacturing.
4. Strategic Skills: Strong business acumen and ability to align financial planning with corporate strategy.
5. ERP Experience: Hands-on experience with Sage X3 or similar ERP systems for data extraction and analysis.
6. IPO Experience: Prior involvement in company listing or IPO processes.
7. Leadership: Excellent team leadership and stakeholder management skills.
8. Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
