Job Description
Support the organization in facilities maintenance to ensure the sustainability of mall facilities.
- Maintain building & structure, electrical, and mechanical systems such as air conditioning, ventilation, elevators, escalators, fire-fighting installations, hoisting, natural gas, PA system, CCTV, access systems, sewage treatment, grease traps, pumps, fountains, sump pits, flooring, roofing, walls, signage, plumbing, and BMS.
- Perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and maintenance using ITM checklists.
- Attend to tenant complaints.
- Assist supervisors in daily operations.
- Perform regular inspections on Yardi system.
- Manage work orders and job requests.
- Asset tagging.
- Monitor and coordinate with contractors and subcontractors for maintenance work.
- Ensure safety compliance for electrical work, working at heights, hot work, and confined spaces.
- Implement 5S practices.
- Participate in green building and energy efficiency projects.
Qualifications
- Certificate or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Air Conditioning, Building, or Mechatronic Engineering (MLVK/SKM/others).
- Chargeman, Wireman, or CIDB certification (advantageous).
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
