Job description

Job Descriptions:
  • Assist in planning the driver route (Zonal Routing or Manual Routing).
  • Assist Station Head in station's daily routine tasks:
    • Receive & Return shipment
    • Sorting
    • Van Inbound
    • Latlong Parcel
    • PETs Ticket creation
    • Route Monitoring
    • Route Inbound
    • Bank in COD money (if Station Head is absent)
  • Comply with all related Standard Operating Procedures & Work Instructions for Fleet Operations.
  • Assist Station Head in ensuring all required documents are properly maintained and updated.
  • Assist Station Head in maintaining the station's infrastructure and cleanliness.
  • Comply with Ninjavan Code of Conduct.
  • Adhere to Ninja Van Quality Policies & Quality Objectives.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by superiors.
Others:
  • Conform to the Quality Management System, OH&S management system & GDPMD system requirements.
  • Ensure safety of oneself and others.
  • Participate in QMS, OHS & GDPMD related programs such as training, campaigns, induction, etc.
Requirements:
  • Age between 18 - 45 years old.
  • Possess at least SPM/Diploma in any field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • No formal experience required, but any prior experience demonstrating logical problem-solving skills is advantageous.
  • Able to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good interpersonal and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
