Job Descriptions:
- Assist in planning the driver route (Zonal Routing or Manual Routing).
- Assist Station Head in station's daily routine tasks:
- Receive & Return shipment
- Sorting
- Van Inbound
- Latlong Parcel
- PETs Ticket creation
- Route Monitoring
- Route Inbound
- Bank in COD money (if Station Head is absent)
- Comply with all related Standard Operating Procedures & Work Instructions for Fleet Operations.
- Assist Station Head in ensuring all required documents are properly maintained and updated.
- Assist Station Head in maintaining the station's infrastructure and cleanliness.
- Comply with Ninjavan Code of Conduct.
- Adhere to Ninja Van Quality Policies & Quality Objectives.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by superiors.
Others:
- Conform to the Quality Management System, OH&S management system & GDPMD system requirements.
- Ensure safety of oneself and others.
- Participate in QMS, OHS & GDPMD related programs such as training, campaigns, induction, etc.
Requirements:
- Age between 18 - 45 years old.
- Possess at least SPM/Diploma in any field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- No formal experience required, but any prior experience demonstrating logical problem-solving skills is advantageous.
- Able to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
