Job description

We are seeking an experienced Presales Specialist with a strong background in IT domains, crossing application customization, software development, IT outsourcing, private cloud delivery, public cloud solutions, diverse solution integration, and other IT domains. The ideal candidate will support the sales team by providing technical expertise, crafting tailored solutions, and ensuring alignment with client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop technical solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Provide expertise on application customization, development processes, and IT outsourcing strategies.
  • Deliver presentations, demonstrations, and technical workshops on private cloud delivery, public cloud solutions, and hybrid environments.
  • Design and propose integrated IT solutions combining multiple technologies and services.
  • Engage in proof-of-concept (POC) activities and create technical proposals, including cost estimations and architecture diagrams.
  • Assist in responding to RFPs/RFIs, ensuring technical accuracy and competitive positioning.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a presales or technical consulting role, proven successful presale project experience in MNC will be fit for the new environment.
  • Proficiency in creating technical proposals, architectural diagrams, and cost estimation documents.
  • Industry certifications (e.g., any private or public cloud certifications, certain domain certifications) are a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.

Proven expertise in:

  • IT outsourcing strategies and vendor management.
  • Solution integration including API management, microservices, and middleware platforms.
  • Application customization and software development (e.g., Java, .NET, Python).
  • Private cloud technologies (e.g., VMware, OpenStack) and public cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
