Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Payroll Administration (SQL Payroll System)
  • Process monthly payroll accurately using SQL Payroll.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee payroll records including salary, overtime, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and other statutory contributions.
  • Handle payroll reconciliation and ensure compliance with local labor laws and statutory regulations.
  • Prepare salary reports, payslips, EA Forms, and EPF/PCB forms.
  • Manage employee claims, allowances, and deductions within SQL Payroll.
  • Attendance & Time Management (TimeTec System)
  • Oversee attendance and leave management using TimeTec HR System.
  • Monitor clock-in/out records, tardiness, absenteeism, and overtime.
  • Approve or escalate leave requests, ensuring proper leave balance and compliance with company policies.
  • Generate attendance reports for payroll processing and management review.
  • HR Operations & Administration
  • Maintain and update employee personal files, HR databases, and records.
  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities (job posting, shortlisting, interview arrangement).
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation and exit interviews.
  • Prepare HR letters such as employment confirmation, promotion, and warning letters.
  • Statutory Compliance & Reporting
  • Ensure timely submission and payment of statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN).
  • Liaise with government agencies for HR-related matters (e.g. KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN, JTK).
  • Handle HR audits and ensure documentation compliance.
  • Employee Engagement & Support
  • Assist in organizing employee welfare, engagement, and training programs.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and HR policy clarification.


Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years of HR experience.
  • Proficient in SQL Payroll and TimeTec HR System.
  • Familiar with Malaysian labor laws and statutory HR practices.
  • Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
