Job Description

The Office Administrator’s responsibilities include:

  • Digitizing documents, performing data entries, and filing documents.
  • Handling petty cash transactions.
  • Overseeing and managing correspondence.
  • Assisting other departments with administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Liaising and communicating with different departments or external parties as needed.
  • Recording inventory movement and conducting month-end stock takes.
  • Managing cleanliness and supplies of the customer lounge.
  • Greeting customers and providing customer care.
Job Requirements

This position requires the individual to have:

  • A Diploma in Office Administration or equivalent.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn internal work processes.
  • Attention to detail, comfort with paperwork, and client interaction.
  • At least 1 year of experience in administrative and accounting work.
  • Willingness to work 5.5 days a week, including public holidays.
