Job Description

Our main business relates to Visa Application Services, providing customer service by answering queries and assisting with applications.

Position 1: Administrative Assistant
  • Assist in completing office file management.
  • Draft general documents or PowerPoint presentations in English.
  • Assist in communicating with office suppliers such as property management, security, cleaning, etc.
  • Handle general company affairs, including document management, office supplies procurement, recording, and fixed asset management.
  • Assist superiors in processing Human Resources matters.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or degree graduate in any discipline; majors in business administration, human resources, or economics are preferred.
  • Good conduct, responsible, and ethical.
  • Good communication skills.
Position 2: Customer Service Representative
  • Handle daily operations such as checking applications, verifying information, data entry, data verification, and tracking applications.
  • Maintain confidentiality and safekeeping of customer documents.
  • Resolve customer issues by identifying problems and taking remedial actions after consulting with the supervisor-in-charge.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum SPM holder; diploma or degree in any discipline preferred.
  • Good conduct, responsible, and ethical.
