Job description

To assist the Production Manager in developing packaging material standard specifications and standardizing the production process.

To conduct testing and trials for production packaging materials and processes.

To prepare trial reports and follow up on their status to ensure timelines are met.

To coordinate with the QA or Engineering Departments regarding testing, trials, or packaging material issues.

To participate in ad-hoc projects or tasks assigned by superiors.

To perform lab testing tasks or other relevant laboratory activities.

To actively contribute to improvement initiatives for packaging materials and production processes.

To participate in training subordinates or employees in identified areas.

To prepare weekly and monthly KPI reports for management review.

Job Requirements:

• Requires a bachelor's degree in Food Technology or a related discipline.
• Requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in food manufacturing.
• Willing to work in Taiping, Perak.
