Job description

• Responsible in preparing full set of accounts and ensuring accurate and timely preparation for submission under minimum supervision.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness and data integrity of all financial data.
• Ensure accounting records and properly maintained and reconciled.
• Monitor Accounts Receivables and ensure that payments are being collected on time.
• Experience for SST & Tax compliance and submission.
• To ensure timely submission of E-Invoice.
• Liaison with auditors including preparation of statutory financial statements, audit schedules, reports and finalisation of Accounts.
• To assist in daily & ah-hoc finance activities assigned by superior.
• Able to manage our account portfolio and supervise our account assistant team.

Job Requirement:

· Holders of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Professional Accounting qualifications such as ACCA, CPA or ICAEW.

· Minimum 2 years of working experience in accounting or external auditing.

· Required Skill(s): SST, Tax Compliance, MFRS, Microsoft Office, knowledge of Oracle NetSuite is a plus.

· Industry Knowledge: Individuals with F&B and retail experience are particularly encouraged to apply.

· Ability to work under fast pace environment.

· Good attitude and able to manage stress and meet tight deadlines.

· Able to work well with others as a team and possess good personality.

· Excellent attention to details, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.

· Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to maintain confidentiality.
