We are looking for a Field Sales Manager to ensure the execution of Field Sales Plans & Activities for GT Channels to deliver sustainable channel growth.

A Day in the Life of a Field Sales Manager
  • Ensure the LTP Field Sales Team sells according to the Nestlé Must Have List to General Trade customers to meet sales targets and market share objectives.
  • Provide advisory support to retailers, understand business owner needs, and ensure customer intimacy.
  • Review Retailer Loyalty Scheme presentations and manage contract signing with key outlets on an annual basis, focusing on the top 10 customers quarterly.
  • Ensure full compliance of the channel must-have list by LTP Field Sales.
  • Monitor timely implementation of KMA & promotional activities by LTP Field Sales.
  • Ensure implementation of planograms in accordance with Nestlé's Merchandising Guidelines by LTP Field Sales.
  • Maintain and monitor the customer database regularly.
  • Ensure compliance with asset utilization, such as chillers.
  • Lead the Field Sales team, ensuring operational best practices.
  • Conduct WIES audits based on set targets and use results to coach the sales team.
  • Gather market insights and intelligence.
  • Analyze Geo-Mapping Project data to ensure outlet coverage and penetration of new outlets.
What Will Make You Successful
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • Over 5 years of experience in marketing or sales, with a proven track record of meeting KPIs.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities.
  • Understanding of all sales functions, including CCSD, Customer, and Field.
  • Experience managing a Field Sales team.
