Manage DL & Technician recruitment, onboarding, update system records, post vacancies, assist IL hiring, and prepare reports.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for direct labour (DL) & technician positions across manufacturing plants.
  2. Assist in other indirect labour (IL) recruitment activities when required.
  3. Liaise with production teams and hiring managers to understand manpower needs and forecast hiring plans.
  4. Coordinate and conduct interviews, site walk-ins, and recruitment campaigns.
  5. Source candidates through internal and external channels, including recruitment agencies, job portals, local universities/institutions.
  6. Update and maintain open vacancies across recruitment platforms to ensure visibility and accurate postings.
  7. Manage onboarding activities including documentation, facilities tour, induction briefings, etc.
  8. Generate and submit weekly Manpower Acquisition Reports.
  9. Update HR new reporting line details in the HR system as required.
  10. Ensure timely update and closure of all Manpower Acquisition Requests (MPA) in the system.
  11. Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
  12. Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal recruitment policies.

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in volume hiring or manufacturing recruitment preferred.
  3. Fresh graduates with strong internship experience in HR may be considered.
  4. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
  6. Familiar with recruitment portals and sourcing strategies.
  7. Willing to travel to different plant locations when required.
  8. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
