Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of experience as a customer service representative.
  • Must possess at least SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in any field.

  • Manage calls, chats, and emails while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with patients regarding appointments and treatments.

Job description

Send appointment reminders one day prior to the appointment.

Manage incoming and outgoing calls, chats, and emails.

Follow up with patients on appointments, as well as pre- and post-treatment.

Promote and send out available promotions to all database contacts.

Answer new inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and Facebook, and follow up accordingly.

Participate in monthly stock counts with therapists.

Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.

Perform other similar and related duties as required or directed.

Assist in other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of working experience as a customer service representative.
  • Must possess at least a SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in any field or relevant studies.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Required skills: MS Excel, MS Word.
  • Customer satisfaction orientation.
  • Working experience in an Aesthetic Clinic is an added advantage.
  • Highly self-motivated, willing to think and evaluate issues from different angles.
  • High level of communication skills with customers and team members.
  • Demonstrate teamwork spirit towards the objective of customer satisfaction.
