About the role

As an onsite Contingency Workforce Specialist, you will be responsible for managing stakeholder relationships, including a portfolio of hiring managers and a panel of agency recruiters. Acting as the central advisor, you will ensure recruitment best practices are followed for all contingent hires.

You will aim to provide high-quality, efficient, and insightful support across the contingent workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, build, and strengthen relationships with hiring managers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Act as a central contact/manager for a designated portfolio within the private cluster.
  • Consult with hiring managers to provide market insights and drive best recruitment practices.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, briefing partner agencies accordingly.
  • Encourage continuous improvement and engagement with partner agencies.
  • Broadcast open positions to panel suppliers using Fieldglass VMS.
  • Serve as the main contact for queries related to vacancies.
  • Review offers and negotiate as appropriate.

  • Effective time management and multi-tasking capabilities.
  • Teamwork and proactive initiative.
  • Technical proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and web tools.
  • Fluent in Mandarin (speaking and writing).

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum 3–4 years’ experience in recruitment, HRBP, or vendor management roles.

Additional Information
