Job summary

Job description

Participate in the full scope of interior design work, including space planning, conceptual design, 3D visualizations, material and finishes selection, and preparation of technical and construction drawings.

Conduct site surveys and analyses to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.

Prepare presentation boards, mood boards, and sample materials to effectively communicate design concepts.

Produce high-quality perspective drawings and visual presentations using design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Ensure design documentation complies with company standards and project timelines.

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for materials, furnishings, and equipment specifications.

Work closely with the project team to support the execution of design intent during the construction phase.

Ensure timely submission of drawings and approvals for materials and finishes.

(Optional) Apply knowledge of local building codes and industry standards where necessary.

Adhere to the company’s Quality Management System (ISO 9001) and assist in continuous improvement efforts.

Professional Certificate or Diploma in Art/Design/Interior Design/Creative Multimedia or related field.

Experience and Skill Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in interior design or a related field.

Strong design, planning, and visual presentation skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Computer-Aided Design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, SolidWorks, 3Ds Max, and Illustrator).

Artistic, creative, and detail-oriented.

Strong time management and multitasking skills.

Proficient in English, Chinese, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Able to start work immediately is an advantage.
