GTP for Thinning Unit process engineering

In your new role you will:

1. Perform process engineering and production support in one selected assigned area of semiconductor process.
2. Work as a team between Manufacturing / Maintenances / UPE / LBS / Technology / Quality to resolve production and quality issues and reduce production line disruptions.
3. Support tools installations as well as process & technology transfers to meet company targets, following standard process & tool release business flow.
4. Perform FMEA, risk assessment of process changes, with proper process change management.
5. Ensure the robustness of processes with Advance Process Control (APC), Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other process control tools.
6. Manage recipe and procedural control. Develop and maintain process operation specifications as well as Out of Control Action Plan (OCAP).
7. Initiate, coordinate and support excursion prevention, cost reduction and quality improvement projects.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Degree in Chemistry, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Material Science.
• Mechanical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, Process Engineering.
• Good command of English language.
• Minimum CGPA or equivalent.
• The trainee shall be committed for 12 months services.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Kulim Hi-Tech Park.
• No work experience required.
• Contract position(s) available.
