POSITION SUMMARY

IPC is seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of a Pricing Analyst, part of the Business Operations team for the Americas region based in Malaysia KL. The role involves providing analysis for pricing, assisting in KPI reporting, supporting the development of new processes, and conducting commercial reviews of new deals. This position will work closely with the Sales and Finance teams.

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record of being a team player, strong Excel skills, and the ability to be a self-starter. Proficiency in MS Office, MS Teams, and Excel is required; experience with Oracle and Salesforce is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily review of data in Salesforce to ensure accuracy.
• Assist with the reporting package for executives.
• Enhance current quoting processes for Offer Management.
• Create weekly reports for executive meetings.
• Analyze and produce modeling templates for new deals.
• Create SOFs for current processes.
• Develop new KPIs for reporting.
• Handle ad hoc requests/projects as directed.
• Work days are Mondays to Fridays from 9 am to 6 pm MYT.

Desirable Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Experience:

• 0-2 years minimum experience in Finance.
