Job Responsibility
- Handle and resolve all escalations/appeals from developers regarding actions taken on their apps.
- Break down complex issues into clear and concise summaries for effective communication with developers and internal teams via email, bugs, and Hangouts.
- Conduct in-depth research with meticulous attention to detail, demonstrating advanced comprehension and decision-making abilities.
- Provide expert communication and display empathy for developers (end-customers) while mastering platform policies.
Job Requirements
- BA/BS degree (or 2 years relevant work experience in lieu of a degree).
- 1-2 years of experience in written communication or customer-facing roles with strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in developer platforms and complex policies.
- Experience with productivity suites and internal tools for external communication.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively within a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially when addressing complex issues.
