About the Role

The Production Supervisor will lead daily manufacturing operations. This role involves setting and communicating production goals, organizing workflow, supervising staff, ensuring equipment safety and maintenance, and monitoring output to meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and organizational skills, with a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities include:

1. Monitor Production Output: Regularly inspect and evaluate production output to ensure alignment with established specifications and quality standards.
2. Report on Performance: Prepare and submit accurate reports detailing production performance, progress toward goals, and any operational challenges encountered.
3. Identify and Implement Improvements: Proactively identify areas of inefficiency within the production process and recommend effective solutions to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
4. Employee Training: Conduct comprehensive training for new employees on the safe and effective use of machinery, as well as on standard operating procedures and company protocols.
5. Enforce Safety and Compliance Standards: Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations and company policies, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence on the production floor.

Qualifications and Requirements

• At least SPM / Diploma in any field related to manufacturing industry or any field.
• More than 5 years of working experience in supervision related to manufacturing industry.
• Must have knowledge and experience in box build assembly and plastic injection.
