Job description

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 10AM - 5:30PM

Immediate Vacancy

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations.
  2. Manage office supplies and stationery by overseeing inventory levels and placing orders as needed.
  3. Ensure a well-organized and tidy office environment.
  4. Assist in the maintenance and renewal of business licenses required for office operations.
  5. Coordinate repair and maintenance activities for company vehicles.
  6. Assist in managing the upkeep of management's residences.
  7. Support the team by handling the application process for various travel visas when required.
  8. Undertake additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the administrative team.

Requirements:

  1. Candidates must possess at least a credit in English SPM or equivalent qualifications.
  2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, providing an opportunity for individuals to kickstart their career in administrative support.
  3. Possess basic computer literacy skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
