Finance Analyst / Senior Finance Analyst

The Finance Analyst / Senior Finance Analyst will collaborate with the ASEAN Finance Team and Asia Shared Service Centre (SSC) to support business operations through managing daily finance activities, providing insightful analysis, and fulfilling financial planning requirements.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure timely, accurate, and commercially focused Budget, Forecast, and 3-Year Plan submissions, adhering to templates and schedules.
  2. Identify and report risks and opportunities promptly.
  3. Provide concise commentary highlights, anticipating questions with supporting analysis.
  4. Support the event team as a Business Partner.
  5. Review monthly P&L actuals and coordinate with SSC for month-end closing, including:
    1. Accurate recording of revenue and costs, intercompany billings.
    2. Compliance with Group guidelines and timely accrual releases.
    3. Generate financial/management reports for review and analysis.
  6. Review intercompany agreements, invoicing, resolve mismatches, and facilitate cash settlements.
  7. Review balance sheets, substantiate balances with SSC, and prepare cash flow statements.
  8. Handle statutory compliance such as corporate secretarial, audit, and taxation.
  9. Address ad hoc queries and requests from stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • At least 5 years of FP&A/business partnering experience in an MNC preferred.
  • Proficiency in financial systems.
  • Self-motivated, dynamic, and able to work independently.
  • Accountable, organized, and good at prioritization.
