Job description

Altuz Academy is seeking a skilled and personable Front Desk Administrator to join our team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. This position is crucial in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our organisation.

What you'll be doing
  1. Welcoming and assisting visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Managing incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence, and directing enquiries to the appropriate parties.
  3. Performing general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and organisation of office supplies.
  4. Coordinating meeting room bookings, catering, and other logistical arrangements.
  5. Providing support to the wider team as needed.
What we're looking for
  1. 4 years of prior experience in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably within a child centre environment.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of people in English.
  3. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  5. Familiarity with internet technologies and software, and confidence in using them.
  6. A friendly, customer-focused attitude and the ability to work well within a team.
