About the role

Responsible for managing customer sales operations and delivering the best customer experience across Thailand, Sri Lanka, Philippines, South Korea, Vietnam, and other small countries. Build strong relationships with customers by servicing their demands, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, and analyzing & tracking business plans for each customer.

What you'll be doing

  • Support the order processing activities from receipt of customer PO to order completion, ensuring adherence to the order management process.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team for stock availability and delivery planning; align with the commercial team for order allocation and credit blocking.
  • Handle customer complaints efficiently.
  • Advise customers on transportation and payment methods; coordinate with transporters for factory stuffing.
  • Maintain records of all transactions and interactions with customers.
  • Develop cost analyses and propose pricing for approval.
  • Monitor progress and manage commercial rebates with internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare business reviews as part of Integrated Business Planning (IBP), providing detailed outlooks and forecasts for three months.
  • Coordinate sales through distributors, ensuring customer satisfaction with order fulfillment, and maintain relationships at all levels for 100% account retention.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and agreements with B2B key account partners.
  • Manage customer interactions during export processes, including inquiries, shipment bookings, cargo tracking, and documentation, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with import/export regulations.

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience in managing customer operations and end-to-end import/export procedures, including documentation and customs procedures.
  • Strong Excel, data management, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, influence, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in markets such as Malaysia, Thailand, Sri Lanka, and Philippines.
  • Sales-driven, results-oriented, flexible, and capable of working in a matrix environment.
  • Creative problem solver with good business acumen and data evaluation skills.
