Responsibilities
  1. Manage Lot On hold, perform risk assessment, initiate root cause investigation, and provide on-time disposition.
  2. Initiate continuous improvement initiatives including process standardization, process simplification, and cost-saving projects.
  3. Participate in site transfer activities and qualification of new testers/probers.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Trim processes to reduce production delays.
  5. Ensure operating procedures are documented, up-to-date, and compliant with line standards.
  6. Promote awareness of customer requirements across teams.
  7. Liaise with cross-functional teams (Product Engineers, Test Engineers, Maintenance, Planning, QA, Facility) to ensure processes and procedures for Trim & Probe are properly documented and executed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in EE, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Material Science, or related fields.
  • Preferably 1 year of experience in a high-volume semiconductor environment; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience with Trim and Probe/Wafer Sort or Final Test is an advantage.
  • Exposure to NPI, new product/process/equipment qualification processes.
  • Good communication skills in English, able to work effectively with all levels of staff.
