Job description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our subsidiary company, RinggitPay Sdn Bhd. This role is designed for fresh graduates in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields. The role involves supporting business analysis activities and performing system testing to ensure high-quality project delivery within a payment gateway and financial technology environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Analysis Duties:
   • Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements.
   • Prepare documentation such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications, User Stories, and Process Flows.
   • Support requirement walkthroughs and clarification sessions with stakeholders.
   • Define acceptance criteria and liaise with the technology team to meet business expectations.
   • Contribute to user manuals, guides, and training materials.
2. Testing Duties:
   • Develop, review, and execute test cases and scripts.
   • Participate in UAT, SIT, and Regression Testing.
   • Identify, record, and report bugs, and validate resolutions.
   • Ensure system functionalities meet documented requirements.
   • Maintain testing documentation for audit and compliance.
3. General Responsibilities:
   • Assist in process improvements by identifying gaps and suggesting enhancements.
   • Maintain organized documentation for analysis and testing activities.
   • Ensure activities comply with internal procedures and regulations (BNM, PayNet, PCI-DSS, MDEC).
   • Participate in team discussions, training, and feedback sessions.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with software development and testing concepts is advantageous.
• Interest or basic understanding of fintech, payment systems, or financial services is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Notion or Confluence is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
• Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and attention to detail.
