Training Coordinator
Reports To

Role Purpose
Ensure effective day-to-day operations of training delivery and administration, and maintain an effective training roster for trainers and trainees in compliance with CAAM requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify training needs collaboratively with business units and regulatory bodies.
- Develop and manage short-term and long-term training calendars and plans.
- Schedule and coordinate training sessions, including instructor assignments, venue bookings, and equipment availability.
- Support training delivery and administration, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external providers for smooth execution.
- Ensure training facilities and resources are serviceable and ready to maximize utilization.
- Serve as the central Training Coordinator for internal and external customers, ensuring facilities and services meet expectations.
- Coordinate with relevant departments on training schedules, instructor availability, classroom bookings, equipment, and student welfare.
- Liaise with instructors to maintain training documents and records, ensuring they are accurate and audit-ready.
- Distribute training manuals timely, according to the approved list.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports on trainer performance and training progress.
- Submit training quotations for internal clients for finance processing before training starts.
- Verify and process training-related expenses and claims promptly.
- Manage centralized qualification and training records, tracking trainers' assignments and mandatory training.
- Disseminate training rosters and crew records accurately and timely for allowances processing.
- Review and update training policies, procedures, and processes as needed.
- Analyze and report on monthly training and operational performance.
- Collaborate with business units and peers to provide excellent service and maintain operational efficiency.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or Diploma in any discipline with 2 years of relevant experience in operations; or
- High School Certificates (STPM/SPM) with 7 years of relevant experience in operations.

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, flight operations policies, crew operating patterns, and duty rosters.
