Job Description:

Conveyancing Lawyer

• To prepare Sale & Purchase and loan agreement
• To liaise with all relevant parties including clients, other lawyers, bankers, developers and various government bodies
• Attend to clients' inquiries via phone or email
• Follow up with clients and update file status
• Prepare case files and status report

Conveyancing Clerk

• To prepare and attend to legal documents relating to sub-sales, developers' projects, discharge of charge and other related conveyancing matters
• To liaise with clients, bankers, developers and various government bodies
• To assist in preparing reports

Qualifications and Requirements:

Conveyancing Lawyer

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or Certificate of Legal Practice (CLP) or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in related field
• Ability to lead and delegate tasks effectively with good communication skills
• Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation
• Committed, ambitious and self-motivated
• Analytical and innovative thinking
• Meticulous with an eye for detail
• Mandarin / local Chinese dialect speaker is an added advantage

Conveyancing Clerk

• Minimum SPM / Diploma
• At least 1 year of experience in related field
• Good communication skills
• Responsible with a good work attitude
• Mandarin / local Chinese dialect speaker is an added advantage
