About the role

We are seeking a driven and organised Operations Assistant to join our team at GRACE BEAU SDN. BHD. in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. In this full-time role, you will provide vital administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of our office and the delivery of our services.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling a variety of administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  2. Providing customer service support, including responding to inquiries and assisting clients.
  3. Maintaining office supplies and inventory, and liaising with vendors as needed.
  4. Supporting the operations team with project-based work and special initiatives.
  5. Assisting with the organisation and execution of company events and functions.
  6. Performing other ad-hoc duties as required to support overall business operations.

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or operations support role, preferably in a fast-paced, professional environment.
  2. Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour.
  4. Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with using various office equipment.
  5. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  6. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
