Job Description:

To carry out assessment to Northern and Central East Region respectively for every 6 months.
As a coordinator to the other Sr Executive and Executive of the Region.
To perform assessment to the workshop and machineries for every estate Upstream Malaysia.
To check machine utilization and productivity of all new Initiative Machine and other mechanization machines in Upstream Malaysia operation.
To check HIRAC of every machine in the Estate.
To check SOP pertaining to machine operating manual and etc.
To check on the 5S system in the Estate workshop.
To check on the EVIT in the SAP.
To check old machine and make recommendation for write off.
To check job sheet on OPP of the Machine Specialist and Estate driver/operator.
Organize training programs on maintenance, upkeep and driving technique for operators, staffs, mechanics, and executives.
Monitor vendors performance on contract services & parts supply.
Assist estate in achieving the targeted maintenance cost of machinery and equipment.
