With a complete digital solution to vehicle logistics, their state-of-the-art platform (built in house) offers an easy solution to booking driven vehicle movements for both businesses and private individuals.

With some huge household names already using their solution to move over 20,000 vehicles across Europe per annum, they now have more than 15 million users. Their platform allows customers to view real-time data and ensures vehicle checks are undertaken, providing proven success and peace of mind.

About The Opportunity :

Leiter Vertrieb / Head of Sales

Up to €70,000 basic salary

12,000+ OTE (year 1)

Day To Day?
  • Develop team sales and profit margin targets with the German Country Manager
  • Outline and implement strategies
  • Identify new sectors and opportunities
  • Achieve turnover and profit margin targets
  • Recruit and manage staff as the team grows
  • Prospect and pitch to new clients in Germany
  • Develop proposals and negotiate contracts
  • Onboard new clients and set them up on the platform
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects and clients
  • Contribute to marketing activities
About You :
  • Proven successful record in B2B sales within the automotive industry
  • Knowledge of Automotive OEMs and Dealer Groups is essential
  • Experience working with multinational teams; proficiency in French is a bonus
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong multi-tasking ability
  • Proficiency in platforms and software including Excel, PowerPoint, Google tools, etc.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment
  • High self-motivation and perseverance
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, willing to put in hard work, focus, and commitment
