Visit existing dealers regularly to build and maintain strong business relationships.

Take and process dealer orders accurately and efficiently.

Collect payments as per agreed terms and ensure timely submission.

Promote new products, offers, and promotions to dealers.

Identify potential dealers and expand the dealer network.

Ensure proper stock placement and product visibility at dealer outlets.

Address dealer inquiries, complaints, or service issues promptly.

Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Prepare daily visit reports and update customer records.

Travel to outstation areas as required for dealer visits and follow-ups.

Job requirements:

Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Proven experience in sales, especially in hardware or hand tools industry is an added advantage.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Good time management and organizational skills.

Possess own transport and valid driving license (travel allowance provided).

Willing to travel outstation.
