Human Resources Executive/Junior Officer

2 Positions Available – Immediate Start | Join the HR Team at Intretech Malaysia!

We’re hiring immediately for two key roles in our growing Human Resources team at Intretech Malaysia. If you’re ready to make an impact in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you!

Position 1: Executive – Training & Employee/Industrial Relations (ER/IR)

Type: Full-time, Permanent | Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate internal/external training programs and monitor training effectiveness.
  2. Lead employee engagement initiatives (town halls, wellness programs, surveys).
  3. Handle disciplinary matters including investigations and Domestic Inquiries.
  4. Maintain compliance with labor laws and HR documentation.
  5. Support performance appraisal cycles and policy reviews.
  6. Oversee three subordinates handling Recruitment & Foreign Worker Management.
Requirements:
  1. Degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
  2. 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
  3. Solid understanding of labor laws and HRD Corp processes.
  4. Excellent communication, organization, and people skills.
Position 2: HR Assistant

Type: Full-time, Permanent | Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Help oversee hostel conditions, maintenance, and safety.
  2. Support local worker recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation.
  3. Maintain filing systems and assist with HR audits.
Requirements:
  1. Diploma in HR or related field (Fresh grads welcome!).
  2. Basic knowledge of foreign worker processes is an advantage.
  3. Able to work in BM and English (Mandarin is a plus).
  4. Responsible, willing to learn, and able to travel when needed.
