Job Responsibilities:
  1. Develop, maintain, and optimize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), ensuring accurate data for maintenance planning and execution.
  2. Review and interpret engineering drawings such as GA, P&ID, SLD, PFD, and related documents (equipment dossiers, SPIR list, valve parts, OEM, OMM) for CMMS input.
  3. Manage and update maintenance data in SAP Plant Maintenance and Material Management Modules, ensuring data integrity and alignment with operational needs.
  4. Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure all asset and equipment data is accurately reflected in the CMMS.
  5. Analyze equipment maintenance records to optimize strategies and improve reliability.
  6. Generate reports and dashboards to track maintenance performance, equipment reliability, and spare parts management.
  7. Support the development of preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution of activities.
  8. Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures for maintenance documentation and data management.
Job Qualifications and Requirements:
  1. Degree in engineering or science from a recognized university or equivalent.
  2. At least five (5) years of relevant experience in the Oil and Gas industry, with three (3) years in a similar role.
  3. Knowledge of engineering drawings such as GA, P&ID, SLD, PFD, and related documents (equipment dossiers, SPIR list, valve parts, OEM, OMM).
  4. Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance and Material Management Modules.
  5. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for managing complex maintenance data.
  6. Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate across functions.
