Job description

Responsible for the full spectrum of financial accounting functions and overseeing admin & operations functions.

Manage and oversee all financial and accounting matters of the company including credit control, budget, taxation, stock management, etc.

Prepare tender investment costings and advise investment decisions.

Monitor and oversee company cashflow.

Analyse and prepare financial reports, monthly management accounts, and yearly reporting packs.

Ensure compliance with laws, regulatory requirements, accounting standards, company policies, and procedures.

Liaise with the company secretary, bankers, auditors, government agencies, etc.

Prepare staff payroll and oversee HR functions.

Manage and oversee office administration and general affairs, including insurance for the office and rental fleet.

Provide support to the head of the company, supervise staff, and oversee daily operations.

Job Requirements
  • Degree in Accountancy
  • At least 5 years of finance experience
  • Knowledge of 3A Accounting System is advantageous
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Good spoken and written communication skills in English
