Timely delivery of DHL packages around the globe, ensuring customer data security, is at the core of what we do. You will evaluate and implement new data analytics/monitoring solutions, provide third-level day-to-day operational support, and help investigate and resolve incidents unresolved at lower support levels. Sometimes, issues may be complex, requiring collaboration with other IT support teams and specialists. When dealing with firmware bugs, vulnerabilities, and other technology issues, communication with vendors is key.

For infrastructure and application performance issues within the DHL Group environment, you are our superhero. You will also manage, propose, and implement necessary changes to production and test environments across all IT Services Data Centers and premises, ensuring global availability of key DHL Group services.

Furthermore, support for data analytics and monitoring technologies related to servers, containers, and databases is within your scope.

A Senior Infrastructure Engineer with a Splunk Certified Enterprise Admin or Developer certification is a huge plus. Strong knowledge of various operating systems like Linux/Windows, database technologies, and SQL is essential.

You are passionate about Data Analytics, with a good understanding of analytical tools/languages like Python or Machine Learning toolkits. You can work independently, prioritize tasks, and organize your workload under pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you will collaborate across regions, so advanced spoken and written English skills are useful.

Hi, I’m Timothy, a team manager. I started my career at DHL IT Services in 2007 as a Capacity Planning Engineer in the Network team. Fascinated by Data Analytics, I moved to the Network Monitoring team, quickly advancing to Principal Network Engineer. In 2016, I became Head of Tools and Monitoring.
