We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager (Property Development) to oversee sales and marketing functions for our development projects. This role involves leading the sales and marketing teams, developing and executing sales strategies, and ensuring sales targets are met. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, team management abilities, market analysis expertise, and strategic planning skills to ensure project success in sales performance and brand positioning.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the overall sales and marketing activities of development projects, ensuring timely execution and meeting sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and marketing plans to drive project sales and meet company goals.
  • Manage recruitment, training, guidance, and operations of the sales team to ensure efficient performance.
  • Regularly assess team performance, provide feedback, and support to meet targets.
  • Market Analysis & Pricing Strategy: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to ensure project competitiveness. Develop pricing strategies and adjust sales plans based on market feedback.
  • Client Relationship Management & Promotion: Establish and maintain strong client relationships, organize promotional activities such as advertising, PR, and events.
  • Sales Reporting & Progress Tracking: Report sales progress and team performance regularly. Analyze sales data to evaluate effectiveness and provide optimization suggestions.
