We are seeking to hire a Finance Executive-Accounts Payable to commence employment in June 2025.

Purpose of Role

To carry out various duties relating to the Finance Office. The post-holder manages and monitors all purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, staff advances, account reconciliation, and assists in month-end closing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budgetary cost control (OPEX & CAPEX), ensuring all purchase orders are within the school’s budget.
  • Ensure all expenditures are authorized and supported before processing into NetSuite and payment.
  • Process and update payable transactions accurately and timely in NetSuite.
  • Monitor bank balances to ensure sufficient funds for payments.
  • Ensure timely submission of tax payments.
  • Maintain proper schedules and reconciliations to support management and regional reports.
  • Maintain accurate fixed assets listing and depreciation in NetSuite.
  • Assist in budget preparation for operating expenses.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
