Job Description

To supervise production operation to achieve target output by maintaining a clean & safe workplace.

Job Responsibilities

• Organize, monitor, and prioritize tasks to meet production goals.
• Evaluate various stations of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiency.
• Maintain communication between employees and the management team to ensure procedures and policies are well-understood.
• Ensure the flow of raw materials and other resources to prevent production interruptions.
• Ensure compliance with product quality standards and initiate AAR or CAPA if any quality issues arise.
• Organize training and educational manuals for the production team.
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new hires.

Qualifications

• Education: At least a Diploma or equivalent in any discipline (knowledge of ISO 13485 is an advantage).
• Experience: At least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Capabilities: Proficient in MS Office and machine handling.
• Languages: English, Malay; Japanese is an advantage.
