- Hold a Degree in Accounts and Finance and/or a professional qualification like ACCA or its equivalent.
- Have 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience.

- Familiar with accounting software such as Autocount, SQL, UBS, Million. Knowledge of spreadsheets and database software.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with people.

- Technical skills such as understanding accounting standards (e.g., FRS, MPERS) and staying updated on relevant laws and regulations.
- Prepare, compile, and analyze account information related to assets, liabilities, income, and expenses.
- Enter account and financial transactions based on verified documents.
- Prepare and recommend policies and procedures to maintain accounting standards according to Financial Reporting Standards.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Secure financial information by completing database backups.
- Maintain professional and technical development through workshops, publications, networking, and professional societies.
- Update clients on submission deadlines for audits, taxes, SST, etc.
- Plan schedules and timetables to meet all submission deadlines.
- Inform clients of any incorrect accounts or transactions.
- Follow up on debtor aging and collections.
