Responsibilities

The SEA Integrated Marketing team (IMC) crafts and executes integrated marketing and communications & campaign strategies that resonate with our diverse audience across SEA. The team builds brand awareness, drives user engagement, and enhances the overall shopping experience. Whether it's launching innovative marketing campaigns, optimizing user interfaces, or crafting compelling narratives, the team's contributions are essential to TikTokShop's success in SEA.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Design, strategize, and execute social and content marketing strategies for TikTok Shop, including ideation, planning, content ownership, and developing various content marketing formats across channels.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as seller, merchant, and creator management teams to identify marketing needs and develop effective marketing plans.
  • Establish benchmarks for e-commerce market campaigns with clear metrics to measure performance in customer awareness, new user acquisition, and customer experience.
  • Analyze, report, and recommend improvements to marketing strategies and implementation to optimize campaign performance and internal collaboration.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or above with 3-5 years of experience in internet companies, brand companies, or agencies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Proficiency in English.
  • Strong marketing planning and digital media skills with an innovative spirit, logical thinking, and experience managing comprehensive marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.
  • Familiarity with online marketing channels and interactive products like TikTok and Instagram; open to exploring new trends and interested in marketing hotspots.
  • Proficient in analytics tools, ad platforms, and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience in budget management and forecasting.
