Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a SHE Coordinator located in Selangor, Malaysia. The SHE Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. The coordinator will conduct risk assessments, develop and implement safety policies and procedures, provide training and education on safety protocols, and conduct audits and inspections. The coordinator will also be responsible for incident investigations and corrective actions.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience in safety, health, and environmental regulations
  • Experience in conducting risk assessments and developing safety policies and procedures
  • Ability to provide training and education on safety protocols
  • Experience in conducting audits and inspections
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Certification in Occupational Health and Safety or related field (preferred)
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry (preferred)
