Strategy and Planning

• Provide support to Unit Head, Treasury Solutions, in developing overall marketing strategies to achieve the team’s revenue targets.

Sales

• Identify and market treasury solutions to generate revenue.
• Support the Unit Head in maximizing sales revenue for the team.
• Maintain the highest standards of customer service to achieve excellent Customer Satisfaction Index ratings annually.

Group Synergy

• Contribute to overall Group Treasury & Global Markets initiatives to help meet revenue targets.
• Participate in joint marketing efforts with Relationship Managers, Corporate Banking, Business Banking, and Retail Banking to promote Treasury solutions.

Compliance

• Ensure Treasury Sales adhere to the code of conduct, applicable regulations, and internal policies and guidelines.
