Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
• Knowledge of die attach (glue bonding) process is essential.
• Experience in unit process engineering is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support production for quality and process engineering topics.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and perform DDM investigations.
• Update and refine documentation to ensure validity.

Job Description

In your new role you will:

1. Perform daily support to the production for quality and process engineering topics:

• Key driver for yield improvement in your process.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives for your process.
• Perform DDM lot investigation and disposition.
• Participate in NLOP, NLOZD, CIP activities.

Sustain and achieve stability index for the package under your responsibility.

Support production in daily issue investigation and process improvements to enhance operational performance.

Sustain and achieve quality stability for the DA process to reach zero spill and FAR.

Update and refine documentation to ensure all documents are current and valid.

Your Profile

You are well-suited for this role if you have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Knowledge of die attach (glue bonding) process.
• Experience in unit process engineering.
• Basic statistical and SPC knowledge.
• Basic problem-solving skills.
