• Assist warehouse senior executive / manager in daily logistics functions.
• Plan delivery itineraries and delegate trip assignments to lorry drivers.
• Check & confirm that all transporter documentation matches pallet shipping marks for delivery.
• Ensure all stock deliveries are handled properly to prevent damage and maintain good condition.
• Ensure safe loading and unloading of materials in the warehouse using forklifts.
• Monitor performance of transporters/forwarders.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum certificate/diploma in any field; qualifications related to logistics/warehousing are an advantage.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or related warehouse operations.
• Ability to operate forklift/reach truck is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of PDA systems is an advantage.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
